We usually offer a three to five day turn around for basic goods. We are flexible and frequently adjust our manufacturing schedule to accommodate last minute orders for same day or next day delivery.
Our design team uses computer aided design (CAD) software for creating packaging and display components with the most accurate specification. We offer a full range of services from custom design to regular brown boxes to full samples, complete with graphics. We work to provide the customer a packaging solution quickly and accurately. Specifications and computer aided design (CAD drawings of your packaging are available upon request.
We offer many services that transform corrugated sheets into the packaging you require. Some of our services include slitting, scoring, gluing, laminating various substrates to corrugated sheets, die cutting, hand gluing, band sawing, flexo printing, screen printing and shrink-wrapping. In 2007, the addition of a certified Class 10 000, or ISO 7, clean room sparked new business for Pinto-Packaging Ltd. The impressive room boasts Lexan® wale, eight HEPA filter units, temperature and humidity controls, and a secured, temperature controlled storage room. The HEPA filter units we used to achieve a recirculation system, positive pressure Class 10 000 clean room. By definition, a 10 000 clean room contains 10 000 particles or less (0.5 microns or larger) per cubic foot of air (an average office contains 500 000 to 1 000 000 particles 0.5 microns or larger, per cubic foot of air). Our specialized staff work to ensure our room remains constant to certification standards. Each clean room employee is expected to complete our extensive training program and only authorized personnel are permitted to enter the clean room area. Our facility was secured with an alarm system and we have pest control monitoring on a regular basis. Upon request, we operate under strict confidentiality agreements with our customers. We also have standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
